Event Overview
Wight Lines is a mixed-terrain running event set on the coastal path at Milford on Sea. The route offers views of the Isle of Wight and passes through Sturt Pond Nature Reserve. Participants can choose their own distance, from 5K to ultra-marathon, by running laps of a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back course along the coast. All finishers who complete at least one lap receive a medal.
Race Day Information
The event offers flexible start times within a specified morning window. Race number pickup occurs on the day at registration. Participants must finish within a maximum event duration of 7 hours. An aid station at the start/finish of each lap provides a selection of savoury and sweet snacks and drinks; participants are asked to bring their own cup. Public toilets are available at the start/finish area and along the route. Final instructions are sent by email before the event.

The event is licensed by the TRA and run under UK Athletics rules. Distance restrictions apply to participants aged 20 or under as per these rules.
