Logistics and Facilities
Race registration and number pick-up occur on the morning of the event at the start area. The event format features flexible start times, allowing runners to begin when they are ready within a specified morning window. An aid station is located at the start and finish of each lap, providing a selection of sweet and savoury items. This is a cup-less event, so participants are required to bring their own containers for drinks.
Storage space for personal items is available at the site. Public toilets are situated at the start and finish area, as well as at various points along the coastal route. Paid parking is available near the event location on Hurst Road. For those using public transport, the nearest train stations are New Milton and Lymington Town, and local bus services operate in the area.
All participants who complete at least one lap receive a finisher's medal. Due to UK Athletics regulations, specific distance restrictions apply to runners aged 20 or under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
