Bournemouth Coastal TEN

The Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a scenic running event held at Hengistbury Head, Bournemouth, Dorset, offering 10-mile and 10k routes along the stunning Dorset coast. The largely flat, traffic-free courses follow Bournemouth’s seafront paths, including a run along Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views. Runners can enjoy sights of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on clear days.

The event features chip timing, water stations, post-race refreshments, and a unique finisher’s medal.
