Bournemouth Coastal TEN, Bournemouth, Dorset
The Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a seaside running event offering two distances that follow Bournemouth seafront paths and include a section along Boscombe Pier. The event starts at Hengistbury Head nature reserve, which provides onsite facilities. On clear days the route offers views of the Isle of Wight, The Needles and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast.
The courses are largely flat and traffic free. Elevation gain is published for each distance.

- 10k route, elevation gain +50 m
The event is chip timed and includes a finisher's medal, water stations, post‑race refreshments, a finish certificate and finish line goodies. The route is fully signed and waymarked using pink arrows and pink tape; hazards and road junctions are marked with caution signs. Course marshals, professional first aid teams and an event photographer are provided. The event operates a plastic free approach so participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle.
Practical details include on‑site registration for bib collection using a QR code, and a note that there is no on‑site parking while public car parks are available nearby. Spectators are welcome.
