Riverside Half Marathon and 10k
The Riverside event on 16 August 2026 starts from the George & Dragon, postcode LA1 1RB, and runs along the newly designed Lancaster Quay. The course is mainly on the Lune Estuary Footpath and offers views of the Lune Valley.

Finishers in the Half Marathon receive a medal and a t shirt. All 10k finishers receive a medal. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and the first three female athletes. Entry is available online with different rates for affiliated club athletes, unaffiliated athletes, and Lancaster Runner's Club members. Online fees for the Half Marathon are listed as £30 affiliated, £33 unaffiliated, and £24 for Lancaster Runner's Club members. Online fees for the 10k are listed as £21 affiliated, £23 unaffiliated, and £17 for Lancaster Runner's Club members. Some online portals may add a small charge.
