Riverside Half Marathon and 10k - Lancaster
The Riverside Half Marathon and 10k take place on 16th August 2026, starting from the George & Dragon pub (LA1 1RB) on the redesigned Lancaster Quay. The routes run mainly on the Lune Estuary Footpath and offer views across the Lune Valley.

All finishers in the Half Marathon receive a medal and a t-shirt. All finishers in the 10k receive a medal. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female athletes. Recorded course times are 70.04 for the male course record and 81.43 for the female course record.
Online entry fees for the Half Marathon are listed as £31 for affiliated club athletes, £33 for unaffiliated athletes, and £25 for Lancaster Runner's Club members. Online entry fees for the 10k are £24 affiliated, £25 unaffiliated, and £19 for Lancaster Runner's Club members. Some online portals add a small charge.
