Riverside Half Marathon & 10k
The Riverside Half Marathon and 10k takes place on 16th August 2026. The event starts from the George & Dragon pub in Lancaster (LA1 1RB). The route runs mainly on the Lune Estuary Footpath along the newly redesigned Lancaster Quay and includes views of the Lune Valley.

Entries, prizes and course details
The event holds UKA licences #28689 and #28545. All finishers in the Half Marathon receive a medal and a t-shirt. All finishers in the 10k receive a medal. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female athletes. Half marathon course records are listed as male 70.04 and female 81.43. The organiser operates a no refunds, swaps or deferrals policy.
Online entry fees: Half Marathon - affiliated £30, unaffiliated £33, Lancaster Runner's Club £24. 10k - affiliated £21, unaffiliated £23, Lancaster Runner's Club £17. Some online portals may add a small charge. Entries on the day are cash only.
