Event information
The Fleetwood Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 23rd August 2026. The race is a half marathon held along Fleetwood promenade, with Event HQ at Rossall Point and Beach Road Car Park off The Esplanade. The start is about 0.5 miles from Event HQ. The course runs beside the Irish Sea and is described as a coastal route that highlights the town’s nautical heritage.
Entry, facilities and race support
Entry is open to anyone aged over 17 on race day. Entries are accepted online only; postal entries are not accepted. Standard entry is listed at £30.00 and a discounted rate of £28.00 is listed for UK Athletics and ARC club members. Entries may be available on the day for an additional £10.00. Registration and bib collection take place at Event HQ and registration opens at 8.00am. Full event information will be emailed to entrants 7-10 days before the event.
The event is England Athletics registered and describes itself as accurately measured with chip timing. Support on the day includes staffed water stations at miles 3, 6, 9 and 12 supplying 500ml bottled water, baggage storage and a key drop next to bib collection, and medical cover provided by Remote Medical Services. Car parking is available at Event HQ and on the Esplanade but can fill quickly. Free event photos and bespoke finisher medals are provided.
