Fleetwood Half Marathon : Sunday 23 August 2026
The Fleetwood Half Marathon is scheduled for Sunday 23 August 2026 and runs along Fleetwood promenade with the Irish Sea as a coastal backdrop. Event headquarters are at Rossall Point and Beach Road Car Park just off The Esplanade. The race start and finish are on the promenade; the start line is approximately 0.5 miles from Race HQ.
Entry is open to everyone aged over 17 on the day of the race. Entries are accepted online only; postal entries are not accepted. Standard entry costs £30.00 and UK Athletics and ARC club members pay £28.00. Day entries may be available at an additional charge of £10.00. The organisers state there is no transaction or handling fee for debit or credit card payments. Event terms and conditions apply.
Race services and facilities at Event HQ include registration desks, an enquiry desk, toilets, baggage storage and a key drop. Bib numbers are collected on race day; entrants should bring their email confirmation or payment receipt. Registration opens at 8.00am and full event information will be emailed to all entrants 7 to 10 days before the event.
The route has staffed water stations at 3, 6, 9 and 12 miles providing 500 ml bottled water, with disposal bins located about 100 metres after each station. Water is also available at the finish. Medical cover will be provided by Remote Medical Services. The event is EA licensed, accurately measured and uses chip timing. Free photos and bespoke medals are offered.
