Fleetwood Half Marathon
The Fleetwood Half Marathon is a coastal road event that starts and finishes along Fleetwood promenade. The race is EA licensed, accurately measured and uses chip timing. Free race photos are provided and finishers receive bespoke medals.
Event headquarters are at Rossall Point and Beach Road Car Park off the Esplanade. At Event HQ there are registration desks, an enquiry desk, toilets and baggage storage. The start line is about 0.5 miles from Race HQ. Car parking is available at the venue and on the Esplanade but spaces can fill quickly.
Entry is open to anyone aged over 17 on the day and is accepted online only; there is no transaction or handling fee for debit or credit card payments. Standard entry is £30.00 and UK Athletics and ARC club members pay £28.00. Postal entries are not accepted. On-the-day entries may be available for an additional £10. Event terms and conditions apply. Full event information is emailed to entrants 7 to 10 days before the race.
Race day provisions include staffed water stations at 3, 6, 9 and 12 miles supplying 500 ml bottled water, bins located about 100 metres after each water station, water at the finish, a key drop facility and staffed baggage storage next to bib collection. Remote Medical Services provide on-course medical cover and marshals are positioned along the route. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
