Scorton Feast Memorial 10k
The event takes place on Sunday 16 August 2026 in Scorton, North Yorkshire. It is a timed 10 km race held around the setting of Scorton Lakes on a multi-terrain route. The course is described as flat and includes one small lap in the middle.
The race base is at the football field on Banks Lane, DL10 6DG. Facilities listed include water stations, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing rooms, no showers and no baggage storage. Organisers note that there is plenty of car parking at race headquarters.
Entry is limited to 150 places. Affiliated runners have an entry fee of £13.00 and unaffiliated runners £15.00; entry on the day may be available for an additional £2.00 if the event has not sold out. Proceeds from the event will be split between Target Ovarian Cancer (Charity No: 1125038) and Herriot Hospice Homecare (Charity No. 1151298). A refreshment stand will serve tea, coffee and cakes with donations going to those charities.
Runners receive a hot drink and cake after the race and prizes are awarded. The race is part of a three day village event. Minimum age for runners is 16.
