Scorton Feast Memorial 10k
The event takes place on Sunday 16 August 2026 in Scorton, North Yorkshire. It is a timed 10 km multi terrain race around the Scorton Lakes setting on a generally flat course that includes one small lap in the middle.
The route is not suitable for wheelchairs or for pushchairs and buggies. The minimum age for runners is 16 years. Headphones and dogs are not permitted. Prizes are awarded after the race and all runners receive a hot drink and cake.
Entry is limited to 150 places, with affiliated entries priced at £13.00 and unaffiliated entries at £15.00; on the day entry may be available for an additional £2.00 if the event has not sold out. Race headquarters are at the Football Field, Banks Lane, DL10 6DG, where there is parking available.
Facilities at the event include water stations, distance markers and toilets. There are no changing facilities, no showers and no baggage storage. A refreshment stand will serve tea, coffee and cakes with donations going to the event charities. Proceeds from the race are split between Target Ovarian Cancer (Charity No 1125038) and Herriot Hospice Homecare (Charity No 1151298). The race forms part of a three day village event.
