The event is the 27th Annual Will Chamberlin Memorial 8K, held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Bishop, GA 30621. The start and finish are at Bishop Baptist Church, located at 1110 Old Bishop Road. Proceeds from the race support outreach programs sponsored by Bishop Baptist Church. The Santa Stroll is part of the Clover Glove Race Series and the first race in the 2026 Black Bag Race Series; the 2025 Black Bag Race Series awards will be presented after the event.
Logistics, course, and awards
Registration is open through race morning on December 20, 2025, and race day registration is accepted through RunSignUp using debit or credit card. The base fee is $40 plus a signup fee. T-shirts are available only to registrations received by December 1, 2025; a no-shirt option is offered with a $5 discount through that date. Packet pickup and race day registration are available, and t-shirts are not available for race day registrations. Results will be posted online within 24 hours at classicraceservices.com.
Organizers state the course was USATF certified until 12/31/24 and describe it as flat. Eight Georgia state records have been set on this course. Awards this year include Santa bobble heads for Overall, Masters, and Grand Masters divisions and top three in age groups from 10 and under through 80 and over.
