Wild Rose Women's Triathlon Presented by RevitalyzeMD
The Wild Rose Women's Triathlon takes place in Alcoa, Tennessee, at Springbrook Park and Springbrook Pool. The event offers two primary course formats with separate divisions including Athena and relay options.
- Short Course: 100 yard swim / 4 mile bike / 2 mile run
- Sprint Course: 200 yard swim / 8 mile bike / 4 mile run
The bike course uses one or two loops that circle Springbrook Park and local park roads. The run follows greenways and is organized as one or two loops along a relatively flat course with park views. Relay entries are open in a female relay division.
Packet pickup is handled at the Springbrook Pool front porch on the two days before and the day of the event. The organizer identifies as a woman owned small business and frames the event as a celebration of women and triathletes.
Awards are given overall to the top three female finishers and the top female masters. Age group awards are presented for first through third place in female age groups including 12-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-55, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, and 70 and over.
