About the race
Wild Hybrid returns to Lambton Park at Lambton Castle near Chester Le Street in March 2027 for the first event of Season 3. The event takes place on a private estate owned by the Earl of Durham and uses trail paths around the castle and along the River Wear. A functional workout zone is located outside the castle.
The 2027 format includes both solo and paired workout options. Specific route details are to be confirmed. Distances offered include:
- 5 km ruck run - £25
- 10 km ruck run - £30
Live chip timing will be used throughout the event. All finishers will receive event merchandise and products supplied by event sponsors. Podium flags will be awarded for positions in each standard (RX) category and will be posted to recipients after the event.
