Four Reservoirs Ultra Trail Run - County Durham

The Four Reservoirs Ultra Trail Run takes place in Shotley Bridge, near Consett, County Durham. It offers two distances: 53km and 25km. The 53km loop runs along Derwent Walk and Waskerley Way to Waskerley Reservoir, across moorland to Smiddy Shaw and Hisehope, then back via Muggleswick Moor, Derwent Gorge and Mosswood to Shotley Bridge, with Ebchester, Blackhall Mill and Hamsterley along the route.

The 25km shares the early sections and finishes via Allensford Park to the Derwent Walk. There are feed stations, a mandatory kit list, live chip timing, and finishers receive a medal and long-sleeved top; free parking is available at Shotley Bridge Hospital.
