Lambton Castle Trail Runs

The Lambton Castle Trail Runs is a summer trail event set in the picturesque private grounds of the Lambton Estate in Chester-le-Street, County Durham. Participants can choose from three distances: 5, 10, or 15 miles, featuring a mix of terrain including rough trails, firm paths, and cross-country fields. The courses are moderately undulating, allowing runners to enjoy stunning scenery and possibly spot wild deer.

The event is Canicross friendly, permitting one controlled dog per runner. All finishers receive a medal, Wild Deer merchandise, a snack, and a drink, with optional event T-shirts available for purchase. Free parking is provided on-site.
