Event overview
Tidal Trails is a beach and trail running festival held in South Shields on 16 August 2026. The event combines runs on sand and grassy trails along the Leas and includes an event village with music, stage entertainment, food and drink, and beach games and activities.

- 8 km trail run starting and finishing on the beach and moving up onto the Leas grass
