Aquathlon Details
The running portion of the aquathlon follows public footpaths and quiet country lanes. The route includes a circuit through Greenway Woods and is suitable for standard road shoes. Participants transition at the Dolphin Boatyard before completing their run and returning to the same location for the finish.

While hand fins are allowed, users will not be eligible for podium prizes. Flippers are prohibited. Wetsuits are generally required (minimum 2mm), though they may be optional if the water temperature exceeds 14 degrees Celsius, or prohibited if it rises above 22 degrees.
