Dorset Coastal Trail Run : Swanage, 5 December 2026
This event offers trail races of four distances based out of Swanage on the Jurassic Coast Path. The terrain is listed as extreme terrain on trail and grass and the coastal route includes notable hills and sea views along the World Heritage Jurassic Coast Path.
Distances and basic metrics:
- 10K - 6.5 miles, ascent 774 ft
- Half Marathon - 13.2 miles, ascent 1719 ft
- Marathon - 26.2 miles, ascent 3736 ft
- Ultra - 32.3 miles, ascent 4416 ft
Course records (male / female) are listed for each distance: 10K 00:41:53 / 00:47:35; Half Marathon 01:30:05 / 01:49:10; Marathon 03:38:29 / 04:19:55; Ultra 05:36:54 / 06:36:47. A UTMB qualification is not indicated.
The event is part of the Endurancelife 2026–27 trail running season and contributes points to the Season Leaderboard for participants who complete a distance. Registrations show current fill levels for each distance: 10K 42/100, Half 39/100, Marathon 41/100, Ultra 40/100. Entry prices are listed in GBP with available categories from £35 to £71.
