Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run 2026
Wiggle Waggle Walk & Run 2026 takes place Saturday, September 26 at Hog's Back Park, 600 Hog's Back Rd, Ottawa. Routes start and finish on Hog's Back Rd and follow Colonel By Drive.
Participants can choose among multiple distance options:
- 1K Kids Fun Run
- 2K Furry Fun Run with a pet
- 3K Ultimate Dog Walk
- 5K Run
- 10K Run
Registration pricing for individuals and groups is published for the event. Individual prices include an adult rate of $60, a youth rate of $25 for ages 6–16, and free entry for children 5 and under. Group and team categories include options such as 2 adults plus 2 youth for $125, 4 adults for $230, and a corporate team option at $600.
The festival area includes a Family Fun Zone, K9 Fun Zone, and a pet friendly marketplace with more than 25 local vendors. Race bib pickup is available at the Ottawa Humane Society location on Thursday, September 24 and onsite at Hog's Back Park on event day; participants are required to wear their race bib.
The event site is accessible by OC Transpo and a free Park and Ride shuttle from Canada Post parking is provided. Fundraising participants who raise $500 or more qualify for VIP status and for entries into a VIP Fundraiser Contest for a $5,000 travel voucher, with one entry awarded for each $500 raised.
