The Running Room New Year's Run - Ottawa takes place on January 10, 2027 at the Running Room on Bank Street in Ottawa, ON (901 Bank St, K1S 3W5). The event is offered in person in select cities and also provides a virtual participation option.
Available distances and provisions:
- 1K : each participant receives a finisher's medal.
- 5 km : each participant receives a finisher's medal and an exclusive New Year's Run souvenir.
- Virtual : includes souvenir and finisher's medal; shipping is available for an additional fee and limited to Canada.
Registration fees vary by distance and by registration period. Pricing is offered in tiers such as Early Bird, Advance, Regular, and Late. Virtual entries that request shipment pay an additional CA$13.99 per registration for medal and souvenir delivery; shipments are not sent outside Canada.
The 2027 race kit includes a commemorative finisher's medal for 5 km and virtual participants and a souvenir for those same categories; 1K participants receive a commemorative finisher's medal.
