Wicklow Hospice Half Marathon & 10km 2026

The event is the 13th annual Wicklow Hospice Half Marathon and 10km, scheduled for Saturday 21 February 2026. Both distances start and finish at Avondale Forest Park, Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, and use a looped course that combines country roads with hardcore-surfaced forest trails.

The course uses mixed surfaces and follows largely the same route as the 2025 event with a couple of tweaks. The race is chip timed and awards a medal to every finisher. Prizes are given to winners and to the top three in each age category.

Walkers are welcome on the 10 km course. Route map and further event details will be published in early 2026.
