Event details
The Wicked Wine Run is scheduled for 22 August 2026 at Waterfront Park in Louisville, KY (401 River Rd., Louisville, KY 40202). The event offers two distance options:
- 1K - tasting walk; three sampling stations and a fourth at the finish
- 5K - run or walk; two water stations on course and finish wine
The event includes an after party on site.
Entry, inclusions and logistics
Ticketed entries include event shirts, event bibs, and access to on-site activities. The 1K ticket includes three 1 oz wine tastings along the course and a fourth tasting at the finish, plus a wine glass. The 5K ticket includes a finisher medal for 2026 and a free glass of wine at the finish. A spectator tasting-only ticket is available.
Specific packet pickup details will be posted within two weeks of the event. For a fee of $20, race packets can be delivered to a participant’s address and the registrant will be automatically checked in; this option is available until two weeks prior to event day. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 and a digital parking pass can be pre-purchased.
