This event takes place on April 24, 2027 at Rassawek Vineyards, 6276 River Rd W, Columbia, VA. Participants and spectators must be 21 or older; ID verification will occur at packet pick-up or on event day.
There are two event formats: a 5K run or walk and a 1K tasting walk. 1K tickets include three 1 oz wine samples along the course and a fourth tasting at the finish served in a provided wine glass. 5K tickets include a wine glass with a pour at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, and a finisher medal. Both events include an event shirt, bib, and access to the after party.
On-site amenities and activities listed for the event include race bags and goods, food trucks, aid stations, water stations on the 5K course and at the finish, games, finish-line wine, a dance contest, costume contests, merchandise, music, and an after party. A spectator tasting-only ticket is available; it includes an etched wine glass and a bracelet that permits wine purchases at the venue.
Packet pickup details will be posted two weeks before the event; packet pickup is generally available on race day at the venue.
