Vineyard Stomp 5K at Cunningham Creek Winery
The Vineyard Stomp 5K takes place at the Cunningham Creek Winery in Palmyra, Virginia. The event features a course that traverses the scenic vineyard property, characterized by rolling views and the local vine landscape. The race utilizes chip timing for both the start and finish lines to ensure accurate results for all participants.
Participants can choose from multiple event categories:

- Sip & Stroll
- Virtual Races
The course includes self-serve water stations positioned approximately every 1.5 miles. Registered participants receive a race shirt and a custom finisher medal. Following the event, participants aged 21 and over are provided a complimentary pour of wine, while participants under the age of 21 receive juice.
The event recognizes competitive achievements through various award categories. Awards are presented to the top three male and female overall finishers. Recognition is also given to the top three finishers in the Masters, Grand Masters, and Senior Masters categories. Additionally, the event provides awards for the top three athletes within traditional five-year age groups.
