The Burke Creek Barn Burner is a trail running event held on January 10, 2026 in Palmyra, Virginia. This is the race's second year. The event offers the following distances:

Location and facilities
The event base is listed at 271 Pleasant Grove Drive, Palmyra, VA 22963. Organizers expect hot drinks to be available and a local vendor to provide finish-line food such as muffins and English muffins. Gluten-free and vegan options will be offered.
Course and policies
Course maps and GPX files are provided for both the 5K and 15K courses. Dogs and other pets are not allowed at the event. Strollers are not permitted on the race course. Race swag orders are placed in advance; registrations after November 28, 2025 may not receive swag items. The event has a no-refund policy with an exception for pregnancy and postpartum circumstances; refunds for those cases must be requested from the organizer. Awards are given after the races.
