Wicked Wine Run at Maxville Winery
SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run is scheduled at Maxville Winery in Napa Valley’s Chiles Valley. The Maxville property covers over 1,000 acres, with 700 acres permanently preserved under the Napa Valley Land Trust. The venue emphasizes sustainability and conservation, and the event uses vineyard and walking trails on the property.
The event offers two course options:
- 5K run or walk, with on-course water stations and finish line wine.
- 1K tasting walk with three 1 oz wine samples along the course and a fourth sample at the finish in a provided wine glass.
Ticket inclusions differ by distance. 1K tickets include multiple tastings, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include a full wine glass at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and after party access. There is also a spectator tasting only ticket that includes an etched wine glass and a bracelet for purchasing wine on site.
On-site features include race bags and goods, food trucks, aid stations, music, games, costume and dance contests, merchandise, and an after party. Parking is offsite in a large unplanted field about just shy of a mile down the road and is charged per vehicle; prepaying parking at packet pickup reduces the fee.
