Location and setting
The event takes place at Oak Canyon Park in Irvine, CA. The park is a 17-acre recreational area in the Santa Ana Mountains with expansive lawns, a lake for boating and fishing, a miniature golf course, amusement rides, and sports fields. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 and a digital parking pass can be pre-purchased.

The 1K includes three 1 oz wine sampling stations along the course and a fourth tasting at the finish served in a provided wine glass. The 5K includes a complimentary finish-line wine glass full of wine, an event shirt (new for 2026), a finisher medal (new for 2026), an event bib, and access to the after party. The 5K allows walking and uses timed start waves; participants have 90 minutes to complete the 5K.
On-site services and rules
Event features include a race bag with goodies, food trucks, aid stations, two water stations along the 5K course plus an additional water station at the finish, sampling stations for the 1K, music, games, dance and costume contests, and an after party. Packet pickup details will be posted before the event; mailed packet delivery is available for an additional fee and includes automatic check-in.
