The event takes place on April 4, 2026 at Oak Canyon Park, 5305 Santiago Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676. It offers two distance options and an on-site tasting festival with music, food trucks, games, and an after party.

Ticketed inclusions differ by distance. 1K tickets include three 1 oz wine tastings along the course plus a fourth tasting at the finish served in a provided wine glass, an event bib, an event shirt, and access to the after party. 5K tickets include a wine glass filled at the finish, an event bib, an event shirt, a finisher medal, and access to the after party. The 5K course has two water stations plus a finish line water station. The 1K includes three sampling stations on course and a fourth at the finish.
Additional event details include packet pickup options, a $5 race day packet pickup fee per packet when not picked up earlier, and an optional $20 packet delivery service available until two weeks before the event. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 per vehicle. Spectator tasting only tickets are available at the merch tent and include an etched wine glass and bracelet for purchases.
