Event overview
The Wicked Wine Run takes place on July 11, 2026 at Emerson Park in Auburn, New York (6914 E. Lake Road, Auburn, NY 13021). The event offers a tasting walk and a run/walk with two main distance options:
- 1K
- 5K
The 1K is a tasting walk with three sampling stations on the course and a fourth tasting at the finish. The 5K is run or walkable and includes a finisher medal for the 5K option.
On-site details and inclusions
Ticketed participants receive event shirts and event bibs. Specific inclusions by distance:
- 1K tickets include a new event shirt, three 1 oz wine tastings along the course, a fourth tasting at the finish in a wine glass, and after-party access.
- 5K tickets include a new event shirt, a finisher medal, a free glass of wine at the finish, and after-party access.
On event day there will be food trucks, vendors, music, games, costume and dance contests, merch, and an after party. The 5K course has two water stations along the route and an additional water station at the finish. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 per vehicle.
Registration and packet information
Packet pickup is available before the event; race day pickup incurs a $5 fee per packet. A race packet delivery option is available for $20 until two weeks before the event. A separate spectator tasting pass with an etched wine glass and bracelet is available for purchase on site. The event supports charity partners.
