Cupid's Chase 5K Syracuse
Cupid's Chase 5K Syracuse is scheduled for February 14, 2026 at Onondaga Lake Park in Liverpool, NY. The event is part of a national race series held every February to mark the founding of Community Options and is presented as the 18th annual race in this series.
The main distance is a certified 5K with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race. The event is fully accessible and accommodates runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs. The site is pet-friendly when animals are kept on a leash.
Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. A race shirt is guaranteed for registrants through January 1, 2026; after that date shirts are available while supplies last. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 and under, 13 to 15, 16 to 19, 20 to 24, 25 to 29, 30 to 34, 35 to 39, 40 to 44, 45 to 49, 50 to 54, 55 to 59, 60 to 64, 65 to 69 and 70 and over.
Sponsorship opportunities are offered in multiple tiers including Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze, plus exhibitor tables, with sponsorship levels ranging from $500 - $10,000. The event supports Community Options, Inc., a nonprofit that provides housing and employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
