Cupid's Chase 5K Syracuse
Cupid's Chase 5K Syracuse takes place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at Onondaga Lake Park, 106 Lake Drive, Liverpool, NY 13088. The event is part of a national race series that celebrates Community Options’ founding and is the 18th annual local race. Last year over 11,000 runners nationwide participated. The distance is 5K and the course is certified with professional timing; results will be posted immediately after the race.

The event is described as fully accessible and pet-friendly; all pets must remain leashed. The race welcomes runners, walkers, participants with baby strollers or wheelchairs, and sponsors. Registration for the 5K is listed at $45, with a price increase after February 13, 2026. To guarantee a race shirt, registration should be completed by January 1, 2026; shirts and other giveaways are available while supplies last. Giveaways include a finisher medal and drawstring bag. Trophies will be awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals will be awarded to overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69, and 70 & over. Sponsorship opportunities are available, with levels and prices ranging from $500 to $10,000. This is a rain or shine event and all registration fees are non-refundable.
