Cupid's Chase 5K Syracuse, Liverpool NY
Cupid's Chase is a community 5K event held on February 13, 2027, at Onondaga Lake Park, 106 Lake Drive, Liverpool, New York. The main running event is a certified 5K with professional timing; results are posted immediately after the race. The organizer presents the race as part of a national series that marks the founding of Community Options and raises funds to support housing and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
The event is fully accessible and pet friendly; all pets must remain leashed at all times. Giveaways include a finisher medal and a drawstring bag while supplies last. Trophies are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. Age group medals are awarded to the overall male and female finishers in these 14 age groups: 12 & under, 13–15, 16–19, 20–24, 25–29, 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65–69 and 70 & over.
Registration for the local 5K opens on June 9, 2026 and the event materials note a shirt guarantee date of January 1, 2027; shirts and some giveaways are available while supplies last.
