SKECHERS Wicked Wine Run at Babcock Winery, Santa Barbara
The event takes place at Babcock Winery in Lompoc, Santa Barbara. It offers two distances with different on-course experiences and ticket inclusions.
- 1K tasting walk: three 1 oz samples on course plus a fourth tasting at the finish.
- 5K run: event shirt, finisher medal and a free glass of wine at the finish; two water stations on course.
Ticketed inclusions list an event shirt and event bib for both distances. The 1K ticket includes multiple small wine tastings during the walk and a wine glass at the finish. The 5K ticket includes a finisher medal and a finish-line wine pour. A spectator tasting-only ticket is available and includes an etched wine glass and bracelet to allow on-site wine purchases.
On site there are food trucks, merch and check-in tents, sampling stations, aid stations, games, dance and costume contests, and an after party. Parking at the venue may cost up to $20 cash per vehicle. Packet pickup is available at the venue and there is an option to have a race packet mailed for an additional fee if arranged before the stated deadline.
