Wicked Spring Rogaine, Greta Valley (9 November 2025)
Wicked Spring Rogaine is a rogaining event held in Greta Valley, New Zealand. Teams navigate by map and compass on foot to visit as many checkpoints as possible within a set time. Terrain varies from open farmland to hilly forest and courses use scored checkpoints that differ by difficulty, so route choice is part of the competition.

Teams consist of two to six members. A team with a member under 14 years must include at least one member aged 18 or over. Competition classes are Men, Women and Mixed, with age divisions Open, Junior (all members under 23), Veteran (all members 40 or over) and Super Veteran (all members 55 or over).
Required personal equipment includes a polypropylene base layer top, waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, good footwear and at least one litre of water. Per team items required include a whistle, pencil, a first aid kit, one cellphone and one compass. Participants are asked to respect landowners and the environment: leave gates as found, avoid disturbing stock, keep waterways clean and follow any access conditions.
