Wicked Fast Marathon and Half Marathon
The Wicked Fast Marathon and Half Marathon take place in Lehighton, Pennsylvania, utilizing the D & L Trail. The course follows the Lehigh River along a hard-packed trail surface. The route features a consistent net drop of -1%, providing a downhill profile for participants.
The event offers three distinct registration options:
- 26.2 miles (Full Marathon)
- 13.1 miles (Half Marathon)
- 39.3 miles (Combined challenge of both distances over two days)
The full marathon distance begins above Rock Port, while the half marathon starts at the Gorge at Rockport Lane. Both races utilize the D & L Trail and conclude at the Outdoor Center in Lehighton.
The marathon and half marathon courses are officially certified by the USATF. The marathon carries certification number PA24004DNB and the half marathon is certified under number PA24005DNB. Due to these certifications and the net downhill grade, the course is designated as a Boston Marathon qualifier.
