5k Beer Run x Big Head Brewing : Wisconsin Brewery Running Series
This event is a community fun run hosted at Big Head Brewing Co. in Wauwatosa, WI. Participants follow a mapped 5k course that starts and ends at the brewery. The course is untimed, open to runners, joggers, and walkers, and will be marked with arrows. Roads will not be closed for the event, so participants must obey traffic laws. The route is designed to show surrounding neighborhoods and uses city sidewalks, streets, and trails.
All participants receive one craft brew at the finish and may choose a collector’s pint glass or a seasonal swag item from the Brewery Running Series. There is also a chance to win event merchandise or beer to take home. A portion of proceeds supports local nonprofits; this event donates 10% to local organizations such as MADACC. Registration is limited by the size of the taproom.
Additional details: valid ID is required to consume alcohol and underage participants will receive a token for a nonalcoholic beverage. Dogs and strollers are allowed on the course with care.
