Event overview
Port Loop Coastal 2025 - RUN RED takes place on 21 December 2025 in Port Adelaide, South Australia, with the event base at Hart's Mill Playground on Mundy Street. The course is AIMS measured and runs on the Port Loop path around the Inner Harbour, including a 5 km northern loop across the Birkenhead Bridge and a 2 km southern loop across the Jervois Bridge. The event is organised by coastalfunruns and the entry price includes a race bib and a finisher medal.

Registration fees listed are A$25 for the 5 km, A$30 for the 10 km, and A$35 for the 21.1 km. Early bird pricing applies from 29 July to 18 December. A virtual run option is available for all events at a fixed price of A$25; virtual runs must be completed on the event day, require a recorded run (for example on Strava) showing elapsed or total time, and participants must send a run link or screenshot for published results. The event has two themes - a "XMAS" RUN RED theme and a "GRAVY DAY" theme - each with a trophy awarded. Part proceeds are donated to the Australian Cancer Research Foundation.
