Westwood Lake Triathlon

Westwood Lake Triathlon takes place at Westwood Lake Park in Nanaimo, BC, offering Sprint and Standard distances. The swim is a loop in the lake: 750 m for Sprint and 1,500 m for Standard (two loops). The bike starts with a 10 km segment, then becomes a loop through west of Highway 19, with a turnaround at Doumont/Brannen Lake Rd for Standard.

The run follows the Westwood Lake Trail: one 5.2 km loop for Sprint and two loops for Standard, finishing near the second beach.
