The Westcoast Sooke 10K takes place on March 8, 2026 at Edward Milne Community School, 6218 Sooke Rd, Sooke. The event is part of a Vancouver Island race series and offers multiple distances for different categories of participants.

Rules and practical information: pets are not permitted except registered guide dogs. Visually impaired participants accompanied by a guide or guide dog must start at the back of the field. Headphones are not permitted and wearing them while impeding others may lead to disqualification. Registration fees include administrative charges but do not include 5% GST. Provincial health orders and BC Athletics guidance will be followed and proof of vaccination or mask requirements may apply at the time of the event.
