Westcoast Sooke 10K
The Westcoast Sooke 10K is a road race held in Sooke on T’Sou-ke Nation with the start and post race venue at Edward Milne Community School, 6218 Sooke Rd. Entry is available online or in person at Frontrunners Goldstream Village. Team entries require a minimum of five team members.
The course is gently rolling, runs through tree lined areas, and includes a fast final 2K. Wind is rarely an issue along the route. The event offers ample parking and post race food served at the school.
Organising and event support are provided by the local Westcoast Running club, which also offers training clinics and other community events. Early registration is available for a specified period in the season; published entry fees list an early rate and a late rate. Results and maps are published as part of the event materials.
