Avon Valley Runners stages a UK/England Athletics licensed three lap 5k road race in Westbury on 14 July 2026. Race headquarters and registration are at the Player's Club, 26 Quartermaster Road, Westbury BA13 4JT. Licence number is listed as TBC.
The course is run on road throughout and uses gun to tape chip timing. Published course records are 14:25 for men and 16:02 for women. The minimum age for entry is 13 years on the day of the race.
Entry fees are £11 for UK/EA affiliated runners and £13 for non affiliated runners, plus a £1 administration fee. Affiliated entry is for participants with a current UK/England Athletics registration number; other participants must use the non affiliated ticket option. Limited entries will be available on the day subject to availability.
Prizes are awarded to the open winners for men and women and to the top man and woman in each age category: U16, Senior, V40, V50, V60, and V70. A £50 bonus is offered to the first man and the first woman who break the respective course records.
