AVR Westbury 5k May 2026
Avon Valley Runners stages the AVR Westbury 5k on Tuesday May 12, 2026 in Westbury. The Race HQ and registration are at the Player's Club, 26 Quartermaster Road, Westbury BA13 4JT. The event is UK/England Athletics licensed, licence number TBC.
The race is a no frills, fast three lap 5k run on road throughout, with gun to tape chip timing. Course records are 14:25 for men and 16:02 for women. There is a £50 bonus for the first man and the first woman to break the respective course records.
Entry fees are £11 for England Athletics affiliated runners and £13 for non affiliated runners, plus a £1 administration fee. Affiliated entries require a current valid England Athletics registration number. The minimum age for entry is 11 years on the day of the race. Limited entries will be available on the day subject to availability.
Parking will be sign posted on entry to the West Wilts Trading Estate. A licensed bar and food will be available at the venue.
