Phoenix West Sussex - Doughnut Dash
Phoenix Running West Sussex stages a timed multi-distance event at Ardingly Activity Centre, set on and around Ardingly Reservoir in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The organiser provides a bespoke donut medal for finishers and offers doughnuts at the event; a no-medal entry option is also available.
Participants choose from the following distances:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
Runners complete laps of a 7 km / 4.35 mile out-and-back course around the reservoir and may do as many or as few laps as they wish. Completing a single lap is recorded as a finish and all entries are subject to a seven hour overall time limit.
The format includes a flexible rock up and run start window and organisers can accommodate special start time requests depending on the planned distance. Race services listed for the event include chip timing, an aid station, same-day results publication and athlete profiles in Phoenix World.
