Phoenix: 2359 - The End
Phoenix: 2359 - The End is scheduled for Wednesday 31 December 2025 at Ardingly Activity Centre, Ardingly Reservoir, Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The event is organised by Phoenix Running and Phoenix Running West Sussex. Entry fees listed are £37.95 for affiliated runners and £39.95 for unattached runners. Fancy dress is encouraged. All participants receive a bespoke finisher's medal or giveaway memento. The organiser offers both attended and virtual participation.
Format and distances
The event uses a 5.00 km (3.28 mile) out-and-back lap around the edge of the reservoir on an undulating, off-road, compact trail. Participants may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within a full 7 hour time limit. The minimum distance is 3.1 miles (5 km). Available distance options mentioned include:

- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Marathon
- Ultra
The event operates a flexible "rock up and run" start format so participants may start when they arrive, provided they finish within the event time limit. There is an option to also enter the first event of the following year and complete both events back-to-back.
