The West End St. Patrick’s 5K in Allentown, Pennsylvania is scheduled for March 22, 2026. This is the 16th running of the event. Logistics and features
The event includes Friday, Saturday and race-day bib pick up and indoor toilets at the start line. Personalized bibs are available for registrations completed by February 22. Digital clocks will be present at miles 1 and 2. A midrace water stop will offer an optional Guinness hydration station; participants in that category must be 21 and may receive 16 oz cans of Guinness Draught or Guinness 0.0, with awards for the top three males and females in that category.
Post-race provisions include an indoor lunch with cookies. Awards include five-year age group prizes and additional prizes for best outfits. Race shirts, socks and glassware are available for purchase but are not included with entry; shirts and glassware sales close February 22, and sock sales close March 16. Extra merchandise will be available after the race.
The race will close on March 15 or when registration reaches 1,000 runners, whichever comes first. Participants must be able to finish the 5K within 1 hour and 20 minutes.
