Werribee Mansion Run
The Werribee Mansion Run takes place on Sunday April 12, 2026 at Werribee Park Mansion, Werribee South. Online entries open on Christmas Day 2025. The event has a field limit of 1,400 participants. Distances offered include:
- Half Marathon - two-lap course
- 10km
- 5.5km
- 1.2km Kids dash
Race arrangements and participant information
All finishers receive a medal at the finish line. Participants can print a personalised event certificate after the event showing name, official finishing time, and finishing positions. Personalised race bibs are available for entrants who register before June 30; strict cut-off dates apply. A postage option for race bibs is offered for a fee; postage and registration deadlines apply.
The course includes a section of about 40 stairs roughly 500m from the finish line, so it is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. Drink stations are located on course at approximately every 2km. Bag storage for non-valuable items will be available and staffed on race day. The 5.5km event is open to walkers; longer events are intended for those who will run most of the course. Age categories run from Kids (7-12, 5.5km only) through 70+; medals are awarded in age groups for Half Marathon, 10km, and 5.5km. Overall winners at each distance receive a trophy. Prize results are calculated on gun time rather than net time.
Kids dash: distance approximately 1.2km, entry fee $20, not timed. Minimum age 5; children under 7 must be supervised by an adult for the entire course. Adults may accompany children without registering and will not receive a kids-dash medal.
Parking is available at the Werribee Mansion entrance with on-site traffic management. Public liability insurance is in place; individual medical and rescue costs are the responsibility of each participant and ambulance cover is recommended.
