The race package includes a HYROX finisher patch, live leaderboard results, individual finisher time with split timings for each workout, an age group award ceremony in each division, hydration on course, and qualification slots for certain age groups in the Pro divisions for the World Championships. Professional photos are available through the official photography partner, with images normally accessible about 48 hours after the race using a selfie based search.

Ticketing options include a Flex Lite and a Flex Add-On. Flex Lite permits name changes up to one day before an athlete's race for Singles, Doubles and Relay tickets and is not available for spectator tickets. Flex Add-On permits name changes up to one day before race day, offers a 100 percent refund up to 31 days before race day and a 50 percent refund up to seven days before race day for eligible ticket types, and is not available for spectator tickets. Charity tickets permit name changes up to one day before race day but do not qualify for refunds. Transfers to other events and division changes are not offered, and the Flex Add-On cannot be added after purchase.

Athlete check in details such as early registration and race day registration are to be confirmed. Athletes must bring ID and may not check in on behalf of others. A race wristband grants access to the venue only on the athlete's race day; access on other days requires a spectator ticket.
