HYROX Melbourne : 9 to 13 December 2026
HYROX Melbourne is a multi-day fitness race held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre from 9 to 13 December 2026. The format combines running and functional workout stations: participants complete eight segments of 1 km running interspersed with eight workout stations. Events run across five race days with divisions for HYROX Open and Pro, HYROX Doubles and Doubles Pro, HYROX Relay, and adaptive divisions in selected waves.
Race packages include a finisher patch, individual finisher time with split timings for each workout, live leaderboard results during competition, age group award ceremonies, qualification slots in some Pro age groups for the World Championships, a hydration station on course, and access to event photography for purchase through the official partner Sportograf.
Ticketing options offer Flex Add-On and Flex Lite choices for name changes and refunds under specified cutoffs; the Flex Add-On permits a 100 percent refund up to 31 days before race day and 50 percent up to seven days before race day, while Flex Lite allows name changes up to one day before race day with no refund. Athlete wristbands grant access only on an athlete’s race day; separate spectator tickets are required for other days.
