HYROX Melbourne 9 to 13 December 2026
HYROX Melbourne is a five day fitness race event held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf VIC 3006, Australia. The race format combines 8 x 1 km running segments with eight workout stations, and events are organised across multiple divisions including Open, Pro, Doubles, Doubles Pro, Relay and Adaptive categories for men and women.
The race package includes a HYROX finisher patch, live leaderboard results during competition, individual finisher times with split timings for each workout, age group award ceremonies in each division, and qualification slots for certain age groups in Pro divisions for the World Championships. Hydration stations are provided on course and professional photos are available through the event photography partner, which uses facial recognition to help athletes locate images.
Ticketing options include Flex Add-On and Flex Lite. Both allow name changes up to one day before an athlete’s race day. The Flex Add-On offers a 100% refund up to 31 days before the race day and a 50% refund up to 7 days before the race day. Flex Lite permits name changes but does not provide refunds. Transfers to other events or division changes are not offered and the Flex Add-On cannot be added after purchase.
Athlete registration requires photo ID and checking in on behalf of others is not permitted. A race wristband grants venue access only on the athlete’s race day; entry on other days requires a spectator ticket.
