2XU Triathlon Series Race 1 - Elwood
The 2XU Triathlon Series Race 1 is scheduled for Sunday 6 December 2026 at Elwood Reserve / Elwood Park. The event offers multiple race formats with separate entry options for individuals and teams. E-guides are available and wave starts are published in race week. E-tickets are emailed for kit collection the day before or on race day.
Event distances:
- Sprint: 500m / 20km / 5km
- Fun Tri: 150m / 7km / 1.2km
- Tri Kids: 100m / 3km / 500m
Minimum ages are specified per distance: Sprint minimum age 15, Fun Tri minimum age 12, Tri Kids ages 7 to 11. Entry fees (inclusive of GST and booking fees) are listed by event and category, for example Sprint individual $119 and team $169, Fun Tri individual $79 and team $98, Tri Kids individual $46. Prices increase by $10 on Wednesday 2 December and a late fee applies from that date. Triathlon Australia membership is mandatory; one-day memberships are available at specified additional costs for each distance.
A free Tips & Tricks clinic is held in the event village on the Saturday before the race; bookings are required. The event involves temporary local road management and managed course crossings. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
