Event overview
The Welsh 3000's Ultra Run is a guided mountain run in Snowdonia, North Wales, held on 12 September 2026. The route visits the 15 Welsh peaks over 3,000 ft across the Snowdon, Carneddau and Glyderau ranges. The route covers approximately 30 miles (50 km) with about 4,000 m of total ascent. The event is not a race.
Format and logistics
Participants must be 18 or older on the event date. The entry fee shown is £170. Bookings open on 4 July 2025 and close on 4 September 2026. The event is run by experienced trail runners who hold British Mountain Leader and British Athletics qualifications. Transport to the start, a mountain guide and a support vehicle are included. Food stations provide a selection of hot and cold items. An optional XCover purchase is available for possible refunds in case of unforeseen circumstances. The organiser is Adventure Awaits.
