Wellness Resolution Run : January 10, 2026
The event in West Monroe includes a 5K run and a 10K run. Entrants may choose to walk the 5K course. The course begins and ends at the Glenwood Medical Mall parking lot (102 Thomas Rd) facing McMillan Rd. The 10K is a double loop of the 5K course.

Registration details list a fee of $35 for each event. Registration closes on January 9, 2026. Packet pick-up takes place at The Wellness Center Studio A; pickup is also available the day of the event. Participants receive a swag bag and a t-shirt with their packet.
Logistics and awards
Packet pick-up location and the post-race brunch and awards ceremony are held in Studio A at The Wellness Center, 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe. T-shirt requests must meet the deadline of December 23; after that date, shirts are limited and allocated in registration order. Awards for both the 5K and 10K are given to male and female finishers in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places across these age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
