About the race
The Wellness Resolution Run is scheduled for January 9, 2027, in West Monroe, Louisiana. The racecourse begins and ends at the Glenwood Medical Mall parking lot facing McMillan Road at 102 Thomas Rd.
Distances available:
- 5K (walk option available)
- 10K (double loop of the course)
The 10K consists of a double circuit of the actual course. A race map picture is posted on the home page of wmwellnesscenter.com.
Registration opens October 27, 2026 and closes January 8, 2027. The registration fee is $35.
Packet pick-up is Friday, January 9 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and Saturday, January 10 in Studio A at The Wellness Center, 3215 Cypress Street, West Monroe. Participants receive a swag bag and a t-shirt when picking up their race packet.
T-shirt deadline is December 23; after that date a limited number of shirts will be available and shirts are distributed in the order participants registered.
The Wellness Center and sponsors will host a post-race brunch and an awards ceremony in Studio A. Awards for the 5K and 10K are given to Male and Female 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places within these age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
