Event overview
The 9th Annual St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy: Poor Man's Run is scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026 in Monroe, Louisiana. The ULM College of Pharmacy organizes the event to raise funds for the St. Vincent de Paul Community Pharmacy, a nonprofit pharmacy that provides medications to patients who could not otherwise afford them. Ouachita Valley Road Runners will provide official timing, and refreshments will be available along the course. The event also includes an awards ceremony and a car show following the runs.

The race takes place at 1800 Bienville Dr, Monroe, LA 71201. Registration for the listed events closes February 27, 2026 at 11:59pm CST. Entry fees listed on the event page are $35 for the 5K and $30 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Runner packets are available for pickup at the ULM College of Pharmacy on the Friday before the race (2:00pm to 7:00pm) or the morning of the event (7:00am to 8:00am).
