Monroe Alumnae's Red Reindeer 5K Fun Run/Walk
Monroe Alumnae's Red Reindeer 5K Fun Run/Walk is presented by Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Monroe Alumnae and takes place in Monroe, Louisiana at 2401 Sycamore Street. The event features a 5K run/walk on December 12, 2026.
Proceeds will support the continued research and programming related to human trafficking and HIV/AIDS, as well as initiatives in international education and International Day of the Girl Child awareness.
Registration opens on July 28, 2026 and closes on October 2, 2026. Published entry fees are $19.13 for youth ages 0–12, $25.00 for registrations from August 12 to October 1, and $30.00 from October 2 onward.
Sponsorship is offered at tiered levels with specified benefits and participant allocations. Sample levels include a Cream level at $250 with company name on the back of the event shirt and two participant entries; a Crimson level at $500 with company name on the back of the shirt, social media mentions, and four participants; a Gold level at $750 adding event banner recognition and six participants; and a Pearl level at $1,000 with expanded media presence, logo display on the event banner, shirt recognition, and eight participants.
Event-day activities include vendor setup, on-site registration and vendor area, entertainment, a group warm up, the 5K run/walk, an awards ceremony, and a post-event mingle with vendors. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
