The WEBF Strides for Education 5K & Kids Fun Run is an annual community event in Waltham. The main event is a 5K road race that runs along historic Moody Street and the DCR Riverwalk. A separate 1K Kids Fun Run is available for participants ages 5 to 8.

Bib pickup is available the day before the race at Shopper's Cafe. On race day, separate bib pickup locations are provided for the 5K and the Kids Fun Run. A post-race celebration takes place at Shopper's Cafe.

Registration fees for the 5K increase as the event date approaches. For the Kids Fun Run, registration includes an optional race t-shirt, and every registered child receives a free kiddie ice cream from sponsor Lizzy's Ice Cream.
