We Need To Talk About Chevin is a fell race organized by Great Owl Running, held in Otley, West Yorkshire. The event is classified as a Category BM fell race, following a single-lap circuit that covers a distance of 14 km. The course involves significant elevation changes, totaling 650 meters of ascent across the Chevin Forest Park and surrounding areas.

The race starts at Station Top, with the first climb leading directly to Surprise View. The route continues down to the West Gate before ascending again toward the Danefield climb. Participants then navigate a loop through Poolscar Wood. The easternmost section of the course reaches The Fells Plantation, where the path climbs alongside power lines. The final stages of the race involve an ascent up Miller Lane followed by a descent down Jonny Lane to return to the finish at Station Top.

The event has an entry limit of 200 participants and is not suitable for wheelchairs. Race headquarters are located at the Station Top Car Park, opposite the Otley Auction Market. This event provides no baggage storage, water stations, distance markers, toilets, changing facilities, or showers. Participants can choose standard entry or a "Trees Not Tees" option.
