Wayne A Burlison Colon Cancer Awareness Run/Walk - Event

Course and race details
The course route enters Mt. Albion Cemetery and features rolling terrain and historic scenery; the cemetery was established in the 1840s and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The 10K is run as two loops with a turnaround located just before the finish chute. The 5K course is open for walking. The event provides an amply supplied water station and volunteer support along the route. A portion of the proceeds will be contributed to a memorial scholarship established in 2014.
