Strawberry Festival 5k/8k run
The Strawberry Festival 5k/8k run takes place in Albion, New York, as part of the town's annual festival. The event offers multiple race categories that run through the Village of Albion and along the Historic Erie Canal. Both courses are USATF certified for 2026. Packet pickup is located on State Street near the start and finish area. There is no course cutoff for the 8k, and State Street is closed only for the start/finish area and festival preparations. Water stops are provided on course; organisers note that no sports drinks or electrolytes will be supplied. Parking and street access around the immediate race area are restricted for the event and the festival; participants are asked to follow posted parking signs.
