Course and logistics
Both the 5k and 8k are USATF certified courses and run through the Village of Albion and along the Historic Erie Canal. The start/finish area is at the Court House Step on State Street. Packet pickup is on State Street near the start/finish line and occurs the morning of the race. Water stops are provided on course; no Gatorade or electrolyte drinks will be supplied. State Street will be closed only for the start/finish area and festival preparations. State Road will be blocked off for the race and the festival, and participants should observe posted parking signs. Course maps are available through the event’s published route resources.
