Shoreline Half Marathon and 5K : Hamlin Beach State Park
The event on July 18, 2026 offers two race distances at Hamlin Beach State Park in Hamlin, NY. Races are available in-person and virtually. The Half Marathon uses a new 2026 course that avoids construction on Jacobs Road and follows a flat, countryside route before finishing along the beach path at Lake Ontario. The 5K is a flat course contained within the park and also finishes along the lakeside path.

In-person entries receive a finisher medal, a gender-specific technical tank top (shirt guaranteed if registered by June 21), a race bib, printable finisher certificate, online results, post-race burrito breakfast, and electronic timing. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal, gender-specific technical tank top (shirt guaranteed if registered by June 21), and downloadable race materials. There is no day-of registration; packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Fleet Feet at the Armory in Rochester.
The Half Marathon has a 3.5 hour cutoff. Awards include cash prizes for the top three male and female finishers and age-group awards for both races; cash winners must complete IRS paperwork to receive their prize.
