The 13th annual Get Outdoors 6.6K takes place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Watkins Mill State Park in Lawson, Missouri. The event includes an in-person 6.6K run and a 6.6K virtual option.
The certified trail loops around the 100-acre Williams Creek Lake. Due to a bridge closure the course distance is 6.6 kilometers rather than 6 kilometers. The event page notes family-friendly activities, music, local food trucks, and post-race prizes.
Race packages include an event T-shirt, race bib, finisher’s medal, and two guided tour passes to the Watkins Woolen Mill & Home. Registration fee categories listed are: $35 early bird through September 15 (includes shirt); $40 after September 15 (no shirt); $45 race day (no shirt); $30 for children aged 5–12 for the full package before September 15; and free for children under 5 with no package.
