Waterford High School 14th Annual 5K Turkey Trot
Waterford High School will host the 14th Annual 5K Turkey Trot Run/Walk on November 21, 2026, at Great Neck School, 165 Great Neck Road, Waterford, CT 06385. The event features a 5K run/walk and will be timed by Fast Track Timing LLC.
Pre-registration is available and the pre-registration fee is $40. Pre-registration forms are being accepted through November 19, 2026. Bib distribution will take place on race day.
Awards will be given to the top runners in each age group. A complimentary t-shirt is provided to all pre-registered runners. Proceeds from the event will directly support whole school initiatives, including prom, trips, and scholarships.
Race organizers will collect donations for the Gemma Moran Food Pantry on race day. Requested items include shelf-stable microwavable meals, oatmeal, ramen, mac and cheese, peanut butter, pasta and sauce, cereal, canned fruit and vegetables, soup, rice, dry beans, and shelf-stable milk.
